Shipping Policy

We try to ship out orders as quickly as possible. We usually process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from the order date. With orders placed after 2 PM PST / 5 PM EST, the order date will be the following business day.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $35!

All orders over $35 qualifies for free shipping and will be shipped via USPS standard ground (7-10 business days total delivery time) except for some items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Customers still have options to choose from standard shipping (5-7 business days) or expedited (3-5 business days total delivery time from the order date) if you prefer expedited shipping method.

All mattresses are shipped via UPS Ground. Select "Free Shipping (7 Day Ground)" as your shipping method. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us at for a quote before placing your order.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We ship our products in 100% Post Consumer Waste Recycled/Recyclable Box or reused box with recycled Kraft paper, biodegradable cornstarch packing peanuts or biodegradable/recyclable bubble wrap inside the box to reduce the environmental impact of shipment. Please note that some items are pre-packaged in plastic bags to protect during shipment. Some items may be shipped in USPS Priority shipment boxes (USPS packaging products have been awarded Cradle to Cradle Certification for their ecologically-intelligent design) with eco-friendly packing materials.

Return Policy

  • If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item unused and unwashed in their original packaging (with tags attached) within 30 days of purchase. Sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
  • Please note Final Sale items and Clearance items cannot be returned. Sale items that are 30% Off and up are Final Sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The customer is responsible for ALL return shipping charges (both ways). A credit will be issued to your credit card within 14 business days once the returned item is received and inspected. We will notify you via email once we receive and processed the returned item. Please use a delivery service with tracking number to insure proper delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost on return to us.
  • Returning non-defective items that ship directly from the manufacturer are subject to a 20% restocking fee. A credit will be issued to your credit card once we receive confirmation from the manufacturer that the return has been received in resale condition.
  • If you receive damaged or wrong items, please notify us immediately (within 5 days after delivery) so we can provide you with RAN (return authorization number). Once the item is received, we will provide a full refund including full shipping cost or send you a replacement item.
  • Please contact us by email prior to returning any items for RAN (return authorization number) and the return instruction. Returns sent without the Return Authorization Number may not be accepted.
